We perform a mix of popular rock songs, catering to a wide range of tastes and events Live Performance: We provide live music for your event, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. Setlist Customization: The band can tailor their setlist to match the event's theme, audience, and your preferences. Event Coordination: We offer assistance with event planning, including sound setup, lighting, and stage management. Special Requests: The band may be willing to learn specific songs or incorporate special requests into their performance, if given enough notice. Versatile Performances: We can adapt to different venues and event types, from small parties to large festivals. High-Energy Performances: Our music is known for its energy and excitement, making it a great choice for events where you want to get the crowd moving. Professionalism: Our band is reputable, professional and reliable, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking contract and a non-refundable deposit of [ 30%] of the total fee, payable within [ 7 ] days of contract signing. The remaining balance is due before the start of event. Payment methods accepted: [ cash, check, bank transfer]. 2. Cancellation: Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the booking more than [30] days before the event date, the deposit will be forfeited. If the client cancels within [7] days of the event date, the full fee is due. Exceptions to these policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on circumstances. Artist Cancellation: In the event of the artist's inability to perform due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, accident), the artist will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or find a suitable replacement. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made. 3. Venue Requirements: The venue must be able to accommodate the group's equipment and performance needs. The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue has the necessary permits and licenses for the event. The client must provide the group with a detailed venue layout and stage plan. The client is responsible for providing adequate parking and backstage facilities for the group. 4. Performance Details: The performance setlist will be determined in consultation with the client. The group will arrive at the venue [ 1 ] hour before the scheduled performance start time to set up. The group will perform for a total of [ 45] minutes, with a break of [ 15 ] minutes between sets, if applicable. The group will be available for a meet-and-greet with the audience after the performance, if requested. 5. Additional Terms: The group is not responsible for any damages to the venue or personal property caused by the client or their guests. The group reserves the right to refuse to perform if the venue or client fails to meet the requirements outlined in this policy. This policy constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
